Welcome to the Toledo Appliances website. These general terms and conditions govern the use of our appliance rental services. By renting our equipment, you agree to the terms and conditions described below.


1. Purpose of the Contract

These general conditions define the terms of renting kitchen and bathroom appliances offered by Toledo Appliances to consumers located in Canada.


2. Products and Availability

  • All products are offered subject to availability. If out of stock, a replacement solution will be proposed.

3. Rental Duration

  • Rental contracts can be monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
  • At the end of the contract, the client can renew, return the product, or request an extension.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required monthly in advance via credit card or bank transfer.
  • In case of late payment, a 10% penalty will apply after a 10-day grace period.
  • Toledo Appliances reserves the right to suspend the service in case of repeated non-payment.

5. Delivery and Installation

  • Free delivery for orders over $100.
  • Installation is included in the rental offer at the address provided during the order.
  • Delivery times are usually 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

6. Use of Equipment

  • The client agrees to use the rented appliances according to the provided instructions.
  • Any misuse or non-compliance may result in immediate termination of the contract.
  • The appliances must only be used in a domestic setting.

7. Maintenance and Repairs

  • Toledo Appliances covers maintenance and repairs for breakdowns not caused by the client.
  • If damage occurs due to misuse, repair costs will be charged to the client.
  • If an appliance cannot be repaired within a reasonable time, a free replacement will be offered.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for any damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
  • In case of loss or theft, the client must reimburse the replacement value of the appliance.

9. Contract Termination

  • The client can terminate the contract at any time with a 30-day notice.
  • If the client fails to comply with the terms, Toledo Appliances reserves the right to terminate the contract without notice.
  • The equipment must be returned in good condition at the end of the contract.

10. Warranty

All rented products come with a functional warranty for the entire rental period.


11. Limitation of Liability

Toledo Appliances is not liable for indirect damages related to the use of appliances, including financial or material losses.


12. Personal Data

  • Information collected during the order is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
  • Clients have the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data by contacting customer service at support@toledoelectros.com.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These terms are governed by Canada law.
  • In case of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before turning to the courts.
